  • A recent ruling by the Florida Supreme Court cited an article by Carter Snead and alumna Alyson Cox, titled "Grievously and egregiously wrong: American abortion jurisprudence." The citation appears on page 22 of the ruling.

  • Stephanie Barclay is participating in a panel discussion on "Kennedy v. Bremerton School District: The court's new religion clause jurisprudence" as part of St. John's Journal of Catholic Legal Studies Spring Symposium.
  • Douglass Cassel participated in the Symposium of the Episcopal Conference of Africa and Madagascar in Accra, Ghana, which addressed "Conflicts in Africa in the Context of the Exploitation of Natural and Mining Resources."
