Experiential Learning in Legal Education Today
In this session Dean Lyon will discuss the emphasis that law schools are placing on experiential learning and how much it differs from institution to institution. She will look at the history of experiential learning, its development in the last fifty years, and what effects the market has had and will have on its development and definition.
