This is a collection of state and federal appellate amicus briefs that have been written by and/or signed by Notre Dame Law School faculty. The faculty member, as a non-litigant, acts as an amicus curiae in an appellate court case. He/she brings relevant information before the court in the form of an amicus brief. The brief advises the court of additional information or arguments that the court might wish to consider.
