Abstract

Probate Judge John F. O'Connell set May 28 for a hearing on the claims of thirty-seven relatives in a legal battle for the $130,000 estate of Col. William Hoynes. Hoynes was dean emeritus of the Notre Dame University law school at the time of his death, March 28, 1933.
