Abstract
The article offers on the Daubert trilogy. It states that the Daubert trilogy came into existence in 1990s which includes three cases dealing with admissibility of scientific evidence. It also informs that it does not apply all court cases related to the science and law as well as it does not help judges every time for ma king determinations that involve scientific topics.
