Abstract
The article presents information on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the healthcare legislation related to the approved forms of contraception. The issues related to religious liberty is discussed with reference to the trial of Hosanna-Tabor Evangelical Lutheran Church v. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The burden to the person, governmental interest and rule of general applicability is also discussed.
