Abstract
The article presents information on educational innovation and the related parental choice. The limitation caused due to existing legal regulations, market forces and ethical obligations is discussed along with the impact of parental choice in improving education. The alternative approach for student reassignment, improvement in educational quality and curriculum structure and the need of child-centered approach to student reassignment is also discussed.
