This year's keynote speaker is the Honorable Judge Michael Y. Scudder of the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Judge Scudder was appointed to the Seventh Circuit in 2018, and maintains his chambers in Chicago.
Hon. Richard J. Sullivan- U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit
This discussion panels will be moderated by the Honorable Richard J. Sullivan, recently confirmed to the United States Court of Appeals for Second Circuit. Before his confirmation to the Second Circuit, Judge Sullivan served on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York since 2007.
