Professor Scott Gaylord will present on the state of the Supreme Court's abortion jurisprudence in the wake of its landmark 2016 case Whole Woman's Health v. Hellerstedt. Professor Gaylord will also discuss how a new Court with a replacement for the now-retired Anthony Kennedy might develop that body of law, and which challenges to the current jurisprudence are most likely to arise out of the states.
