Professor Patricia Hackett will provide a theological and jurisprudential response to Attorney General Barr's speech on religious freedom last month. Professor Hackett has done Ph.D. studies at Catholic University, and also holds an MA in theology and a BA in government and theology, both from Notre Dame.
