  • The Notre Dame Law Review Reflection's Special Issue on Unconstitutional Conditions and Religious Liberty is now available. Lloyd Mayer is one of the contributors.
  • The Call for Papers for the 11th Law and Economics Conference in Lucerne, organized in collaboration with ND LAMB and the Center for Corporate Governance of the Harvard Law School, is now open. The conference topic is “Law and Economics of Corporate Governance: Shareholders, Stakeholders, and Beyond."
