Abstract
Law Department of the University 9f Notre Dame.
The University of Notre Dame has earned a prominent place among the leading educational institutions of the country. It was incorporated in I844, under the laws of Indiana. Its charter empowers it to teach all preparatory, collegiate and univeristy branches, and confer the degrees and honors appropriate to evidence their satisfactory completion. These degrees represent as high a standard of educational equipment as those of any other American university.
