Abstract
Judge James J. Clynes, Jr., Professor of Law Jay Tidmarsh, selected by Notre Dame Law School’s Class of 2025 as the Distinguished Professor of the Year, delivered the commencement speech to the class during the Law School’s Hooding Ceremony on May 17, 2025, in Purcell Pavilion.
