Abstract
People in prison are more than the crimes they commit, declares Rev. David, Link, a professor emeritus of Notre Dame Law School. Drawing on his experiences both in law and in prison ministry, he was inspired to plan an escape strategy for the so-called War On Crime. Put simply: Heal don’t punish.
