  • Nicole Garnett discussed religious liberty in schools today along with her recent article, “A Victory for Religious Liberty and Educational Pluralism" on the First Things podcast.
  • Lloyd Maher was quoted in the ProPublic article, "How a Secretive Billionaire Handed His Fortune to the Architect of the Right-Wing Takeover of the Courts."
  • Mary Ellen O'Connell provides comments to ND News about the ongoing war in Ukraine.
  • Phillip Muñoz talks about his book, "Religious Liberty and the American Founding" on the National Review podcast.
  • The DC Court of Appeals recently ruled favorably in a case about religious autonomy issues. Rick Garnett and others had filed an amicus brief in the case.
