- Stephanie Barclay spoke on a panel, “The Supreme Court and the American Constitutional System” at The Appellate Judges Education Institute (AJEI) Summit last week.
- Bruce Huber has authored a chapter titled "The Law and Economics of Freshwater" in the book "Law and Economics in All Its Facets," as a tribute to Klaus Mathis for his invaluable contributions at the intersection of law and economics."

- Diane Desierto co-authored a paper “The Human Rights Remedy Gap in ISDS – The Potential of the Hague Rules on Business and Human Rights Arbitration” that was presented at the UNCITRAL WG III’s 46th Session in Vienna by two of the co-authors.
- Nicole Garnett spoke at the Catholic Bar Association conference in Arlington, Virginia last week.
- Susan Azyndar presented on the panel "Preparing Students for the NextGen Bar Exam and Beyond" at the Ohio Regional Association of Law Libraries Annual Meeting on November 2.
- Ed Edmonds presented a lecture, “Florida and Baseball's Antitrust Trilogy: How the Courts Have Shaped the Business of Baseball and How One Florida Court Refused to Follow the Baseball Trilogy” to Florida judges as part of the 2023 College of Advanced Judicial Studies in Fort Myers, Florida.
