• Jay Tidmarsh presented his paper (co-authored with Tladi Marumo) on the subject of class representatives and class objectors at the University of Texas Law School on November 13.
• Paul Miller and Sam Bray have just published "Christianity and Equity,” which is a chapter in "The Oxford Handbook of Christianity and Law," edited by John Witte, Jr. and Rafael Domingo.
• Mark Hill KC and David H. McIlroy from the London Law Programme also contributed chapters in the handbook.
• Mary Ellen O’Connell has two new publications out. "The Role of Natural Law in the Rise and Decline of European International Law" in The Oxford Handbook of International Law in Europe (Anne van Aaken, et al., 2023).
• Derek Muller recently participated in a panel at the University of Minnesota discussing the implications of Section 3 disqualification of former President Donald Trump. Listen to the panel on The Lawfare Podcast: What Disqualifying Trump From the 2024 Ballot Would Mean for Election Law.
• Emily Bremer is participating in a panel on “Constitutional Challenges to Agency Adjudication Before the Supreme Court" in the ABA Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice Section’s 2023 Administrative Law Conference on Nov. 30.
• Mark Hill KC wrote a guest blog post for Law & Religion UK about Archbishop of Uganda v Joyce and non-justiciability of religious disputes.
• The Religious Liberty Initiative proudly recognizes the rich cultural heritage, history, and vital contributions of Native Americans on our past, present, and future.
• The new Global Human Rights Clinic was mentioned in an article by The Indiana Lawyer.
