  • Before the new year, Diane Desierto wrote about international legal protections for mothers in EJIL:Talk!.
  • ND Law's Clinical Law Center and the Indiana Justice Project recently published a report with recommendations for Indiana to expand its eviction sealing program. The report was featured in a WBAA article.

Events

Each year, ND Law hosts a Day of Service to honor Dr. King's unwavering fight for racial and social justice, to embody Notre Dame's Catholic mission, and to embrace our responsibility to serve others. All students, staff, and faculty are invited to participate in the annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service on Monday, January 20.

Around the Watercooler

Just before Christmas we relaunched the Notre Dame Lawyer magazine that goes to all of our alumni. We have extra copies for faculty and staff that will be available in the mailroom and faculty library on January 7. Please feel free to take a copy. If you are an ND Law alum you should have received a copy in the mail. If you did not, please send a note to dwager@nd.edu
