Abstract

O. Carter Snead is Professor of Law and Director of the Center for Ethics and Culture at the University of Notre Dame. On the evening of October 20, he addressed a reception/seminar on the relationship between the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision, Obergefell vs. Hodges, and the work of Synod-2015. The reception was hosted by the Center for Ethics and Culture and Cardinal Timothy Dolan, Archbishop of New York, and was attended by Synod fathers, clergy, and members of the media.
