Crow Nation CEO Solomon Little Owl will speak on his experience creating a satirical mascot for an intramural basketball team to combat the use of Native American mascots in sports, along with a brief overview of his attendance at the signing of Senate Bill 116, a bill that banned the use of Native American mascots at public schools. The event will be held at 12pm!
