The Notre Dame Federalist Society is hosting a student debate on whether national (universal) injunctions exceed the equitable authority granted by Congress to federal courts. The debate will open at 6:15 in Eck 1130 with a brief introduction on national injunctions by Professor Kamin.
All students are welcome and may sign up to debate in the affirmative or the negative.
