The Notre Dame Law Review is excited to announce its spring symposium: The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution. This symposium will bring together expert scholars to explore the Declaration’s modern relevance, the ways in which it informs constitutional meaning, the legitimacy of claims that invoke it, and its power to resolve some heated disputes.
The symposium will conclude with a fireside chat between Justice Clarence Thomas and Professor Haley Proctor.
