Rice-Hasson Distinguish Lecture Series: Human Ecology and the Legal Vocation
Inaugural speaker: Mary Ann Glendon
Mary Ann Glendon, the Learned Hand Professor of Law at Harvard Law School and a former U.S Ambassador to the Holy See, will be the inaugural speaker for the Rice-Hasson Distinguished Lecture Series.
The Rice-Hasson Distinguished Lecture Series is the flagship annual event and celebration of the Notre Dame Law School's Program on Church, State & Society and promotes discussion and engagement about the law of religious freedom. The series is named to honor the late Notre Dame Law Professor Charles E. Rice as well as Kevin J. "Seamus" Hasson and his wife, Mary Rice Hasson.
