Clive R. Neal is a professor in the College of Engineering and a professor in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering & Earth Sciences at the University of Notre Dame. He is a principal investigator on a proposal to NASA to send two landers to the lunar surface, each carrying a sophisticated geophysical instrument package.
