Jeff Dobosh is a partner in Winston and Strawn's Chicago office, representing private companies and partnerships in a wide range of matters. He has also worked as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel for MacLean-Fogg Company, a privately-held engineering and manufacturing enterprise, and as a consultant at Deloitte. He is a certified public accountant in the State of California. Jeff received his B.B.A. in Accountancy, M.S. in Accountancy — Taxation, and J.D. all at Notre Dame.
Kensi Wolgamott is an associate at Loeb & Loeb in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. She currently works with exempt organizations, nonprofits, and wealthy donors. Previously she worked as a specialist in corporate, international tax planning at Baker McKenzie. She has experience handling state tax law matters and audit work. Kensi received her law degree at Notre Dame Law School, where she served as executive editor on the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics and Public Policy.
