This year, the National Lawyers Guild is hosting a pro se asylum clinic, where volunteers will be paired with an interpreter and a recent immigrant who needs to complete their asylum application (Form I-589). The applicant must submit Form I-589 within a year of arrival in the US. This is a critical part of an asylum seeker's legal process.
Volunteers need to pre-register by Friday, March 8, 2024 at 5:00 PM.
