The 5-4 Podcast joins NDLS's American Constitution Society over Zoom to discuss the state of the Supreme Court. 5-4 is a self-described "progressive podcast that talks about how much the Supreme Court sucks." The hosts have progressive and occasionally profane takes on the ideological battles at the heart of the Court's most important landmark cases, an irreverent tour of how politics shape the law.
