The Publications collection in NDLScholarship is the primary repository for scholarly publications authored by Notre Dame Law School faculty. It provides open access to faculty research and organizes publications into three principal categories: Books Book Chapters Journal Articles The collection is part of the Law School's broader institutional repository, maintained by the Kresge Law Library, whose mission is to collect, preserve, and provide worldwide access to the intellectual output of the Notre Dame Law School community.
