Abstract
Cushman provides a biographical sketch of Homer Cummings, the attorney general (U.S. federal government) from March 1933 to January 1939.
Barry Cushman came to Notre Dame in 2012 following fifteen years on the faculty at the University of Virginia, where he was the James Monroe Distinguished Professor of Law and Professor of History.
