It also includes contributions to cross-cutting issues (the relationship between equality and non-discrimination, the importance of the principle of equal treatment for the constitutional review of laws, the universality of human rights). In doing so, particular problems in the application of the law will be presented - mainly by practitioners dealing with the questions - and current developments in their solution will be shown.
