Abstract

From the Tribute

Charles E. Rice was a member of the faculty of the Notre Dame Law School from 1969 to 2014, teaching as professor emeritus for the last thirteen of those years. Robert E. Rodes, Jr. was a member of the faculty of the Notre Dame Laws School from 1956 to 2014. Together, Rodes and Rice edited the American Journal of Jurisprudence for twenty-six years, from 1970 to 1996.
