On May 7, Paolo Carozza will teach a seminar at Oxford University on "The Meta Oversight Board: Legitimacy, Lawmaking, and Democracy."
Derek Muller wrote articles for the Election Law Blog about challenges to the Election Clause in Pennsylvania and Michigan, a failed Missouri ballot initiative, and Illinois's new election bill.
