- Derek Muller wrote articles for the Election Law Blog about challenges to the Election Clause in Pennsylvania and Michigan, a failed Missouri ballot initiative, and Illinois's new election bill.
- Michael Addo organized a conference on business and human rights in Africa, marking the first joint research project between ND Law and the University of Cape Town Law.
