- Mike Kirsch was quoted in a Wall Street Journal article about former President Trump's proposed tax policies.
- Marcus Cole was quoted by The Indiana Lawyer in an article about how Indiana law schools build a pipeline of diverse attorneys.
- Lloyd Mayer's article, 21st Century Churches and Federal Tax Law," highlights how the federal tax law definitions for “church” and “convention or association of churches” require revision to address multiple recent developments in the American religious landscape, including religious organizations seeking such status when Congress did not intend them to benefit from the special protections for such organizations.
