  • Lloyd Mayer contributed pieces to the Nonprofit Law Prof Blog about the impacts of recent executive orders on nonprofits and conflicts between the USIP and DOGE.
  • Mary Ellen O'Connell was quoted in Poynter about President Trump's use of the 1798 Alien Enemies Act.
  • Sam Bray was featured in an article by the Washington Post, offering an analysis of the legal hurdles that some of President Trump's recent executive orders may face. Read the article here.
