The Klau Institute for Civil and Human Rights’ Rita Bahr Cari Fellows will discuss human rights issues in their home countries. All four fellows are students in the LL.M. Program in International Human Rights Law: Carlos Chinchilla (Honduras), Roselis Díaz De Freitas (Venezuela), Pablo A. Proaño (Ecuador), and José Pablo Sánchez (Mexico). Lunch will be provided.
