The Court Briefs collection in NDLScholarship is a repository of state and federal appellate briefs written, co-authored, or joined by Notre Dame Law School faculty and clinical programs. Most of the collection consists of amicus curiae ("friend of the court") briefs, through which faculty provide legal analysis and scholarly expertise to appellate courts—including the U.S. Supreme Court—on significant constitutional and legal issues. Each entry includes the case name, participating authors, publication date, abstract, recommended citation, and downloadable full text where available.
